Sunbath for a minimum of 30 - 60 minutes
Fresh air while working and sleeping and at all times.
Exercise at least 30 minutes daily. If possible twice a day.
Sleep early. At least by 9 PM.
Wake up early. At least by 5 - 6 AM
Every time you pass urine or motion, drink approximately more than the equivalent amount of water excreted.

Tobacco, Alcohol, narcotics, and any addictive substances
Eating without hunger

Sleeping after eating. Even a light dinner should be 2 hours before sleep.
